Heinrich Breuer from Breuer in Berg Rottland at our visit at the estate last summer
Light yellow color – a little sweetness in the nose combined with white flowers and a medical tone a bit more sign of aging – I have a little difficulty with it.
The taste has beautiful lime fruit and citrus fruit and juiciness in the primary impression. In the secondary and tertiary layer one taste the quartz minerality – really long and complex refreshing finish where the juicy acidity just stick to the tongue in a non- ending finish - brilliant.
Unfortunately my last bottle….. Beautiful wine….
