Again what an interesting wine to taste… A demanding complexity in the noise with litchi, carambole and a weak medical and petrol tone. In structure really slim and balanced with litchi, carambole and yellow citrus fruit in the primary layer. A perfect complexity – but really what’s defined this wine and what makes it is the fantastic juicy acidity
