WOW…. What a great development in the wine….. The wine has a so extremely seductive noise with traces of litchi, herbal tones and mature golden delicious apples notes. The primary tones in the wine are as with the noise litchi, mature golden delicious apples and small traces of passion fruit. The entire wine is lifted by a juicy acidity. I think this wine has reach a stage where some of the opulent fatty fruit that Hubacker can have in is youth is substituted with a more slim and complex structure and this really increases my expectation for the younger vintage (as the craft has maybe been even more polish in the cellar and during work in the vineyard) What a great wine to taste - THANKS
