In the noise again citrus, traces of natural yeast and tropical nuances like pineapples, mango and passion fruit. Surprisingly more linear and stringent this year compared to the last two vintage which really soot’s it. It has some reservation in the primary taste that I really like. It shows dimmed notes of lime fruit, yellow citrus tones and only very weak notes of tropical fruit. Beautiful juicy acidity. A wine that I think has great potential and this year much more my personal style.
