First impression of this parcel this year…. This parcel normally generates some of Germany’s finest dry Riesling in my point of view. The gg WINE from 2007 was extremely fast to closed down from the first time I drank it to I drank compared to the last time spring 2009. I am afraid this will also happen this year so I will enjoy now and then safe the rest for some year ahead.Really a great noise almost vibrating with notes of citrus, herbal and weak trace note of sulphur which some hate, but I like as long it is not dominating. In the mouth very slim and elegant it is all about precision with its citrus nature and racer sharp dominating acidity. Very linear and precise in its development as it shows a beautiful minerality in the brilliant finish.
