DAMM!!!… this is a mineral monster….. Extremely reserve with a brittle minerality that simply hurts when it enters your mind. In the noise a bit reserve traces of the yeast with notes of yellow citrus.In taste hurting mineral with smoky herbal and minty tones combined with weak tones of yellow citrus fruit and bitterness as pectin flavors. The strenuous stringent lazer acid just contribute to the minerality… Will there be people for this kind of wine besides crazy Riesling and acid junkies like me???? In true it lives up to its name…. Although this wines meets my sadomasochistic minerality addiction and junkie tendency I will try and rate it more objective.
