In the noise more yeast and some sweetness of passion fruit and notes of pineapples. I actually think I had got this blind and should guess dry or sweet I would gone for the last choice, really charming noise. As it reaches my mouth it is a completely different story. The primary fruit shows green “Grammy smith” apples and citrus build on a creamy pectin layer. In the secondary layer there is a weak tone of dense lanolin that for me is always associated with Frülingsplätzchen and that I have some difficulties with. The wine is a little broad and dense in the primary impression compared to my style and I miss some in the finish, but in the end a really nice wine. 14.5/20
