Really a great noise with white pear and weak a tone of spicy mature peach. Underneath it shows a soft limestone fingerprint although it is fair from dominating – very charming.Immediately in the mouth one feels the nature of the vintage (and that this wine is on the basic level) – it leaves a very clean and stringent impression that is focus around the dominating sharp harsh acidity. In the primary layer a lot of yellow citrus fruit and pectin. It is quit light and stringent. Short precise finish
For many people this will not be as appealing, but its nature is in align with my style although this basic wine is maybe to sharp and stringent (who would think I should say it). Also it is clearly a wine that needs food.
As the style is so precise and the acidity so sharp I am really looking forward to taste the GG wine from Kirchspiel, 2008 from this producers.
It wins on the noise!
