There are days there are so gray, where life seems to go in circles, where you wish you could stay in bed, but then you think of something that makes you smile inside……a mental experience that just kick you and it kicks you and it kicks you..… and life becomes beautiful and shinning … this is the feeling I have when I think of Nonnenberg, 2007 from Breuer…. This is maybe one of the best wine I tasted in 2007 and for me close to the definition of what I associate with GREAT German Riesling…. The noise is so reserved and fragile with a minty and smoky mineral touch combined with citrus tones…..so elegant and seductive…….The taste is like drinking fluid minerals that immediately initiates a neural puzzle in my brain. So elegant, complex and defined in it composition with dimmed citrus and lime fruit in the primary taste (but also with a exotic touch) and fluid monolithic minerals in the secondary layers. Super complex finish. The precision and sharpness of the juicy acidity really complete this wine. All in all so seductive and an amazing wine….
