BREUER, SCHLOßBERG, RHEINGAU, 2005

Extreme mineral nose – hermetic closed. In the primary layer there are tones of peber, pectin, massive granite and quartz. The wine has a creamy texture with a precise and mineral nerve – and beautiful classical juicy acid. The fruit tone has nuances of yellow citric fruits, pomelon and pectin. Sublime composition – and fantastic terroire wine which simply turns a light in a Riesling junkie like me – however it is much to early to drink it. Probably not a broad appealing wine.

17.5/20
