WEINGUT KELLER, MORSTEIN, GG, RHEINHESSEN, 2002

Dammm! this wines is crazy… immediately I get the goose-bumps. Compared to Kirchspiel türmstuck much more body in the nose but impressively seductive. The nose is extremely complex with mandarin and mature mango and an underlying vulnerably layers of limestone and traces of epoxy/medical tones.

This wine still have a powerful mineral body – although it is still very precise and elegant. Its development in the mouth is lovely complex starting out mandarin and orange layer but ending almost herbal. In the tertiary layers there is clay and limestones. The whole wines is hold together by the brilliant juicy acidity. Long finish with a dense creamy expoy/medical tone that indicate the age but what a sensual and seductive development

For me the ultimative expression of fragileness projected down into this liquidized elixir.

19.5/20
